When investing in an employee, you want to make sure you’ll get a return on your investment. HireSelect helps you decide which job candidate best fits the job description by offering a variety of personality and skill tests. The company provides three types of tests -– aptitude, personality and skill. Its aptitude tests reveal whether or not the applicant has the right abilities to perform their job well. Personality tests can gauge if potential employees will be able to work well in groups or by themselves. And skill testing can determine if job candidates have the right skills to do a job that requires regular use of a particular skill, such as typing.

HireSelect is Web based, so there’s nothing to download or install. Scoring results can be viewed in real-time and it features interactive candidate comparisons. The pre-employment tests are created by Harvard University Psychology professors.
