    Independents?

Is it really true that the big providers listed here give the best rates for small businesses? Are there any other, better options with better pricing structures?

    Comcast

I really like the business packages that Comcast has to offer to their clients. Included in their package for all one price, they include 2 email boxes, internet security, web hosting and 2GB online backup. It's cost a little more compared to like AT&T ($60 vs $35) but with all the additional features, it's really worth it in my opinion.

    AT&T but with limitations

Comparing the three, AT&T seems to provide the most affordable price. But compared to the other two, it's not really as fast. If you're just using the internet, then it's not too bad. But if you're going to download/upload a lot, the other two choices might be better. Only problem with that is, those providers aren't really available in all locations. So you have to check first if they are available in your area.
